GetRouter Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 5, 2026
Welcome to GetRouter ("GetRouter", the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetRouter's AI API aggregation, routing, wallet top-up, usage metering, API key management, and related software-as-a-service features (the "Service"). By creating an account, adding funds, purchasing credits, creating an API key, making API calls, checking "I agree" at checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the GetRouter Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have full legal capacity to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must not register for, pay for, access, or use the Service if you are located in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, a sanctioned jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction where use of the Service would be prohibited by applicable law, payment network rules, export control rules, sanctions rules, or our payment processor's compliance requirements.
You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, false identities, another person's account, remote servers, or any other method to bypass eligibility, geographic, sanctions, payment, anti-fraud, or risk-control restrictions.
2. Service Description
2.1 What GetRouter Provides
GetRouter provides a digital AI API gateway and aggregation platform. The Service may include API request forwarding, multi-model access, model routing, load balancing, usage quota metering, wallet balance management, API key management, account management, billing records, and related operational and support features.
2.2 Digital and Immediate Delivery
The Service is a digital, intangible software service delivered through the internet. After a successful top-up or credit purchase, credits or quota are usually added to your account immediately or within a short processing period. Because access is delivered digitally and may be consumed immediately, refunds are limited as described in Section 7.
2.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency
GetRouter does not develop, train, own, or operate the underlying AI models. The model capabilities accessed through the Service are provided by third-party AI model providers, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Mistral, and other providers.
Third-party model availability, pricing, rate limits, output quality, data handling, content policies, and service terms may change at any time. Such changes may affect the Service, including model access, pricing, response quality, throughput, latency, and data processing practices.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information, including a valid email address and any information reasonably required for billing, security, compliance, fraud prevention, risk control, or support purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, API keys, access tokens, and other credentials. Any activity initiated through your account or API keys is deemed to be performed by you or with your authorization.
If you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, account abuse, or any security incident involving your account or API keys, you must contact us immediately through the contact methods listed in Section 16.
Without our prior written consent, you must not sell, rent, lend, share, transfer, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise provide your account, API keys, credentials, wallet balance, quota, or access to the Service to any third party.
4. Credits and Top-Up Plans
The Service operates primarily on a prepaid credit / quota model. You may add funds or purchase credits through the top-up options shown on the Platform. Credits are used to access Service features, including API calls through supported models and channels.
Available top-up amounts, minimum top-up requirements, model pricing, multipliers, discounts, quota rules, and usage rules are shown on the Platform, console, pricing page, billing records, checkout page, or relevant API responses at the time of use.
Prices and billing rules may change due to third-party model costs, exchange rates, infrastructure costs, compliance costs, payment costs, fraud risk, or business needs. Unless a separate auto top-up feature is explicitly enabled by you, each credit purchase is a one-time transaction and does not create a subscription or recurring billing authorization.
5. Billing and Payment
5.1 One-Time Purchase Authorization
By completing a top-up or credit purchase, you authorize the payment method presented at checkout to be charged for the amount displayed at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the amount, currency, account, product description, payment method, taxes, and fees before completing payment.
5.2 Payment Processor
Payment card data and checkout processing are handled by the payment processor or Merchant of Record shown at checkout, which may include Waffo Pancake or another payment service provider. GetRouter does not directly store full payment card numbers, CVV, security codes, or complete payment credentials.
The final amount, available payment methods, taxes, receipts, invoices, refund handling, fraud review, and chargeback handling may be displayed or processed through the applicable payment processor or Merchant of Record.
5.3 Taxes and Fees
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the checkout page, buyer location, product configuration, and payment processor settings. Any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, payment processing fee, currency conversion fee, or similar amount will be handled as displayed at checkout or required by law.
6. Credit Validity and Account Termination
Purchased credits generally remain available while your account is active and in good standing, unless otherwise stated on the Platform or required by law. Credits may be consumed based on actual API usage, model pricing, multipliers, channel rules, and billing rules.
If your account is suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, sanctions risk, payment disputes, chargeback abuse, resale, credential sharing, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party provider rules, unused credits may be frozen, withheld, or forfeited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
For accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may disable, clean up, or delete the account and related data after reasonable notice where practicable. Remaining credits may become unavailable after account cleanup.
7. Refund Policy
All credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed. You may request a refund through the contact methods listed in Section 16 with your account email, transaction ID, payment time, payment amount, and refund reason.
Refunds may be available in the following cases:
Unused credits within 7 days of purchase, provided no API usage or other consumption has occurred after the purchase;
Duplicate charges or verified accidental duplicate payments;
Confirmed payment errors or checkout errors;
A verified GetRouter service outage lasting more than 72 hours where we cannot reasonably compensate you through credits or other remedies;
Refunds required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Used credits, consumed quota, accounts terminated for violations, fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, resale activity, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass compliance controls are not eligible for refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are typically submitted for processing within 5 to 10 business days, but actual settlement time depends on the payment processor, Merchant of Record, card networks, banks, and payment methods.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us through the contact methods listed in Section 16 before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. Include your account email, payment receipt, transaction ID, payment amount, payment time, and a description of the issue.
We will review billing disputes in good faith and correct verified billing errors where appropriate. Chargeback abuse, fraudulent disputes, or repeated disputes without first contacting us may result in account suspension, loss of credits, or termination to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. AI Outputs and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms and the terms of applicable third-party model providers, you are responsible for your inputs and for how you use, publish, distribute, rely on, or commercialize AI-generated outputs.
GetRouter does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, lawful, original, non-infringing, safe, current, unbiased, or suitable for any specific purpose. You should review and verify outputs before relying on them, especially for professional, high-impact, regulated, or user-facing decisions.
By submitting inputs through the Service, you grant GetRouter a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to process such inputs solely as necessary to provide API forwarding, routing, billing, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security, customer support, and compliance processing.
GetRouter does not use your API request content or model response content to train AI models without your explicit consent. Third-party AI model providers may process your inputs and outputs according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing rules. You are responsible for evaluating whether those providers are suitable for your use case.
10. AI Content Acceptable Use Policy
You may use the Service only for lawful, compliant, good-faith, and legitimate purposes. Because the Service supports routing to third-party AI models, including text, image generation, multimodal, code, and other generative AI capabilities, you are responsible for all inputs, prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, downstream use, publication, distribution, and integration of AI-generated content.
You must not use the Service to generate, edit, transform, distribute, publish, facilitate, or optimize any content or activity described below. This policy applies to text, images, audio, video, code, files, metadata, prompts, model outputs, and any derivative or downstream use of outputs.
